“Estamos muy bien, estamos hoy teniendo llamadas con jefes de Estado extranjeros y sigo en el proceso de conformación de equipos”, dijo el mandatario electo.
Asimismo, sostuvo que para el jefe de Estado electo es primordial “tener un gabinete que sea plenamente competente en las posibilidades de llevar adelante el programa de gobierno».

Luis Luces amenazó en el 2019 a una parlamentaria.
